On Thursday, February 19 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, the Fellowship is sponsoring it’s first Community Forum in a monthly series addressing the challenges and opportunities facing democracy; forum topics will focus on actions we can take as individuals and collectively to promote a healthier democratic society in our Columbia Gorge communities.
Panelists include: the publisher and managing editor of the Columbia Gorge News (Chelsea Marr and Trisha Walker); the program director for Radio Tierra (Arturo Leyva); the director of community journalism for Uplift Local (Emily Harris) and the founder and former executive director of Columbia Insight (Susan Hess).
All are invited to attend and participate. Please tell your friends. Bring a guest. And watch for further details.
Come to the Rockford Grange (4262 Barrett Dr, Hood River) and share a meal together at 5:30 pm.
Stay for Community Forum, Classes & Soulful Circle from 6:30-8:00 pm.
