On Wednesday September 8 from 4 :30 to 6 p.m. p.m. we will have a drive-up water collection to receive waters for Water Communion service on September 12. The waters are part of an annual ritual of ingathering to begin the start of a new church year.
Bring a small sample of water from a place important to you. It could be tap water, or water that symbolizes a place important to you. What matters most is that is comes from YOU. Come to the picnic shelter at Marina Park along the Columbia River. The park is near the Hood River History Museum. Celebrant Adam Pope and Rev. Judy will be there to collect your water.
