Dec. 18 & 20 In a recent service, you may have heard about the many activities of the Gorge Native American Collaboration, including their program to provide holiday meals to people in the Native community at Thanksgiving and Christmas. GNAC would appreciate our help in making these events happen. The deadline to sign up for the Thanksgiving meal has already passed. However, there is still a need for volunteers for the December meal. There are two ways to help; you can either sign up to help assemble food boxes on December 18 from 9:00 – 12:00 at the Food Bank in The Dalles or assist with meal delivery on December 20. Pat Evenson-Brady will have sign-up sheets in the service for the next several Sundays, or you can contact her directly for more information. Please note that meal delivery will require you to fill out a CRITFC registration form, of which Pat has copies.
