Becoming a member at MCUUF should be a thoughtful process. Before joining, we encourage prospective members to come to several services and become engaged with congregational life.

The basic requirements for membership are:

• To understand and be willing to strive to live by our Unitarian Universalist Principles and our congregational Covenant of Right Relations
• To meet with members of leadership to talk about Unitarian Universalism and what membership means. We hold a Newcomer’s Circle on the second Sunday of each month after worship services
• To support the congregation through regular participation and financial stewardship
• To sign the membership book
