By Reverend Barbara Prose
It makes a big difference if a person believes there is only one truth or there are many truths. If there are many truths, then what does truth even mean? Can something be true to one person, or in one place, or in one time, and then be untrue to someone else in another place and another time? Is everything relative? Or is there a central truth we can always count on? What is the relationship between truth and trust?
Since I am not preaching in May, I hope some of you will respond to these questions with your own reflections. In a time when eternal truths seem few and far between, let’s inspire each other by sharing what truths we count on, to get us through challenging times.
I know I will learn a lot, by hearing what y’all have to say!
