Virtual guest speaker Rev. John Millspaugh, executive director UU Animal Ministry. He led the team that organized over 400 congregations to collectively write and adopt Unitarian Universalism’s intersectional “Ethical Eating” statement in 2011. He now works as director of education for the Better Food Foundation and Farm Forward and is the project manager for the Food Studies Initiative of the University of San Diego.
