How to Live Without Fear or Worry

With the ever changing vicissitudes of life, fear and worry always seem to be present in the mind. Is this “just the way it is “ or do we have the ability to live a life free of these constant mind drains?  

We will discuss very practical ways to use mindful awareness as a tool to reduce and break free from fear and worries.
