Come hear from a Native neighbor! Carina Miller is a Warm Springs tribal councilor, chair of the Gorge Commission and an advisor to Hood River Mayor Blackburn. She is an eloquent and passionate speaker.

Carina Miller is a Warm Springs, Wasco and Yakama Woman. She lives in central Oregon but lives a nomadic life traveling and doing work across the pacific northwest. She currently serves on the Columbia River Gorge Commission and is raising her four young children with her husband Mitchell Lira, with home base being on the Warm Springs Indian reservation where they both grew up.
