How to Live Without Fear or Worry

With the ever changing vicissitudes of life, fear and worry always seem to be present in the mind. Is this โ€œjust the way it is โ€œ or do we have the ability to live a life free of these constant mind drains?  

We will discuss very practical ways to use mindful awareness as a tool to reduce and break free from fear and worries.
